We make all of our burgers the same way that our founder, Glenn Tollefson, did when he opened the first Hi-Ho in 1947. That means we use only fresh, never frozen beef. We put our burgers between fresh, locally baked buns, too, reasoning that these little works of art deserve no less. Accompany your burger with fresh fries, either of the classic or sweet potato variety, for what’s likely the greatest pairing of flavors ever invented.

Burgers aren’t by any means the extent of our game, but we don’t think Hi-Ho Burgers, Fish Sandwiches, Philly Cheesesteaks, Chicken, Corn Dogs, Hot Dogs, Salads, & Brews rolls off the tongue as easily as Hi-Ho Burgers and Brews.
